Stopped in to get my charging port cleaned on my phone. Most places have charged me $15-20 and that's what I was expecting to pay. They took care of me immediately and when he was done ,he said no charge. I was surprised. Thank you for great service

I cannot say enough good things about the team at the Roseville Batteries Plus! I brought my phone in around 3:00 PM because the battery had severely bloated. I was honestly terrified of it, but the staff didn’t blink an eye. They were absolute heroes, completely unfazed, and immediately took it in to replace the battery. After I left, I noticed the front screen wasn't accepting my PIN. When I brought it back, they were incredibly nice, told me there would be no charge, and said they would see what they could do. They ended up putting a new screen on my phone! While they thought they might have accidentally damaged it during the repair, I am pretty sure the original bloated battery had just warped and broken things from pushing against the screen from the inside. Even so, they absolutely refused to let me pay for the new screen. This level of honesty, accountability, and top-tier customer service is so rare these days. They went completely above and beyond to help me walk away with a working phone. I don't remember the names of the specific employees working that afternoon, but they deserve major recognition. I am officially a customer for life and will recommend this location to everyone I know!

Sean did his best to help me with my issue even after the first attempt didn't solve it. Him and his buddy were friendly the whole time. I would recommend and trust.
