Okay, fantastic guys. I'm not sure if I'm spelling their names right, but Nahn/Nam and Brinnick were great! I brought in a non-standard phone (i.e., Unihertz Jelly Star) that was having some problems. I had previously gone to other locations who said that they only worked on standard phones (e.g., iPhones and Samsungs), and refused to do any work on non-standard phones. When I brought it over to Batteries Plus, they mentioned how they didn't have a standard procedure in place b/c it was not a device they had in their system, but they still went ahead, serviced it. This really went to show that those two guys are true electronics guys, who know how to figure out to fix things even if when faced with new systems in front of them. In this day and age where a lot of people limit themselves to only doing things that they are familiar with, it is good to see people with expertise going in and willing to go into uncharted waters. Nahn/Nam and Brinnick were very knowledgeable about a number of things beyond electronics and whenever I have some other electronic problems, I'll definitely bring back my devices to them. If you need help with various electronics and you're not going to them, you're missing out. Thanks, guys!

I had a great experience at this Batteries Plus! I needed a copy of my car’s key fob and Nahan offered exceptional customer service — he was very clear about the process and the price, all while being very respectful and professional. I highly recommend this place based on my one experience there.
