I showed them a photo of the watch battery I needed, they had it right there. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Great service and solved my issue quickly!

This may be a long 1 so get your popcorn ready. I would honostly give 10 stars if I could. So my phone was busted front and back. .and my camera was malfunctioning but it wasn't broken. I only made an insurance claim for the front why idk but I did. I made my appt for 3pm. Come 230 and my kids bus it late and I know I wont make it, I call & they tell me that the person that works on my phone is leaving at 330 but if I bring it the next morning I should be fine. Next day around 8:30 am i showed up the man was nice as could be but told me he probably wouldn't be able to salvage the back but he would try. I ended up calling c.s from there and they ended up changing my claim to front and back and was supposed to add in the camera malfunctioning. By now its around 930 to 10, I walk back in the store & explain everything... he says wonderful. . Looks at his computer and it only says front and back replacement but he says I will look and see if anything is disconnected && I'll fix it. (Excuse me what? I came late, had all these issues & your offering to just help me for free which I'd imagine somewhere else would charge 1-200 to fix a disconnection like that) he even showed me his computer screen & it clearly said only front screen and back glass. So I leave, come back later around 5pm to a woman and a room full of people waiting. She was clearly in distress trying to rush and help everyone. She has very polite I told her I just needed to pick up my phone she handed it to me I didn't say much bc she was so busy. I walk out & immidietly try my camera and IT WORKS! NO MORE ERROR MESSAGE! So then I turn the phone around and the cameras have little scratch resistant stickers. So idk if he changed out the cameras or found a loose wire or what but either way. . He fixed it. . For free. . Just because. Today this stores workers restored a little of my faith in humanity and I really appricate it && all of their hard work. You forever have a customer!!! Great place, amazing work, wonderful people. . Literally 10 out of 10!!

the young lady tech was super skilled and fast. i had a brought in a casio watch that was dead. she got it alive and fixed many damages! impressive work for cheap.
