Batteries Plus of Queen Creek technicians Mikaela an Savannah are very pleasant, knowledgable, helpful, and really interested in customer service. On 10/9/26, my phone died. Although it had an 87% charge when I went to bed, it wouldn't even turn on, and then showed a 0% charge. I took my phone to Batteries Plus, where Mikaela checked my phone, determined my charging port wasn't the issue and placed it on a 20 amp charger. Savannah examined the phone further, and then suggested replacing the battery. Although they didn't have my particular battery in stock, and they couldn't input their weekly warehouse requisition until the following Wednesday, they thoughtfully kept my phone on their charger after suggesting that I go to the local Verizon store to check if I had still had insurance (I didn't). After I returned Batteries Plus, my phone battery was temporarily up to 100%, allowing me to respond to important texts/emails, and to determine how to get a replacement battery the same day. Although I offered to pay a service fee for their help, they declined and said they were happy to help. With such good customer service, I am definitely going back to Batteries Plus in the future.

October 2026 I stopped by this morning to get a battery replaced for one of our key fobs. Marcos came out from the back and after greeting me, he asked how he could help. I explained that the key fob wasn't working anymore and I thought it was the battery since the primary fob still worked, but we couldn't get the second fob to unlock or lock the doors. He asked to see the fob and gave me detailed information in regards to their pricing. They had one standard price for the one time replacement or I could opt for a lifetime battery replacement for a few dollars more. I had no idea that they offered this service, which is nice as he explained I could take the fob to any Batteries Plus if the battery needed replacing. I handed the fob over to Marcos and he went to the back room to work on changing the battery. After a few minutes he came back out to tell me the battery was good, and there might be a possibility that the fob itself might be the problem. He took me to this testing station and tested the fob. He explained that it is putting out a signal so he stepped out the front door to see if it worked. And to my surprise, the fob worked perfectly. The doors now lock and unlock with no issues. When I asked how much was owed for his time and service he stated there was no charge. In the future, should we need to replace any of our key fobs, we will be coming back here. It's so nice to have decent, honest people working to help one another. I hope Batteries Plus knows how great of a worker they have with Marcos. It's individuals like him that bring customers back. Next time I stop by, I'll get a few inside photos of the store.
