In most LeSabres you'll find the BCI Group Size 78 battery being used. It's important to note that this can vary depending on the year of your car and it's always best to verify what you need before making a purchase by looking under the hood, in the owner's manual or using our fitment finder.
Typically around 3-5 years if you just have it installed and leave it alone. If you perform routine maintenance to check for corrosion and remove it from the battery terminals with a terminal cleaner, the battery could last you much longer.
