Place your order online and pick it up for free from a local Batteries Plus store. It provides you the convenience of ordering from anywhere, coupled with fast availability, and access to the expertise of our local associates.

As an essential business, the majority of our stores remain open and ready to help you, providing essential power, lighting and repairs to both customers and businesses in the communities we serve. Although your nearest store will likely be open, reduced hours may be in effect. State and local policies can change, and while we are diligently updating our store hours on our website and in online listings, the best way to verify your particular store's hours is to call ahead.

If an item is in stock at your pickup location, it may be available same day. We'll email you that it's ready - usually in less than 1 hour.

Items not in stock at your pickup location may take 1-2 days to process. The store will contact you with information on estimated delivery or alternative products available.

You cannot change the pickup store once the order has been placed.

Additional fees may apply for recycling, environmental disposal, labor, and/or installation.

When picking up your order, be prepared to present your order number/confirmation number, the credit card used for the transaction, and a valid ID.

Orders that are not picked up within 48 hours of notification will be subject to local laws/regulations regarding returns.

Many businesses are provided access to an online Business Account for account and order management.
