Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you encounter any problems with one of our products, please review the following information, which outlines how to request a return of products ordered through and shipped directly to you. For products picked up at a Batteries Plus Bulbs location, please contact the store directly or review the policy listed on the back of your receipt.

Return Request Guidelines

A Return Request must be submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your product(s).

To request this, please contact our Customer Care team at 1.800.677.8278 or with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Product Number
  • Quantity
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Reason for Return

A Customer Care associate will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly indicated on the outside of each carton within a return shipment.

Return shipments must be received by our warehouse within 45 days from the date you receive your product(s) to qualify for a refund.

Product(s) must be in unused, unopened and resalable condition.
Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the purchase.
Freight expense is not refundable.

Please note: This policy covers all non-defective return requests made on purchases from Defective products are covered under a separate Warranty Policy.
