In the event you encounter any problems with one of our products, please review the following information, which outlines how to request a return of products ordered through BatteriesPlus.com and shipped directly to you. For products picked up at a Batteries Plus Bulbs location, please contact the store directly or review the policy listed on the back of your receipt.
A Return Request must be submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your product(s).

A Customer Care associate will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly indicated on the outside of each carton within a return shipment.
Return shipments must be received by our warehouse within 45 days from the date you receive your product(s) to qualify for a refund.
Product(s) must be in unused, unopened and resalable condition.
Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the purchase.
Freight expense is not refundable.
Please note: This policy covers all non-defective return requests made on purchases from BatteriesPlus.com. Defective products are covered under a separate Warranty Policy.
