In response to COVID-19, we have integrated a number of safety measures in our stores, to provide you with the safest possible shopping experience.
Contact-Free Curbside Service
Our Buy Online, Pickup in Store option provides you with a contact-free, curbside transaction. Simply order the items you need online. You'll receive an email verifying that the item is in stock. Then, stop by the designated store at your convenience and call to let the associates know that you're outside. A member of our staff will be out shortly to place your items in your trunk or backseat, all without you even having to set foot in the store. It's the perfect way to pick up laptop chargers, thermometer batteries and other everyday essentials.
If you need the battery in your watch or key fob replaced, we can help you with that too. All you have to do is purchase the replacement battery online, then, when you show up to receive it, tell the associate you need to have it installed. Our staff will make the swap while you wait, then sanitize the fob or watch before returning it to you.
Is your car battery on its last legs? No worries. Our employees are still providing truck and car battery replacement on most model vehicles. Just like with watches and fobs, all you have to do is order your new battery online, then have one of our technicians install it when you drop by to pick it up.
In-Store Cleanliness
If you do find yourself stepping inside one of our stores, you'll notice that we have implemented a number of protocols to prioritize your health and safety. Our employees are working hard to diligently clean and disinfect all surfaces and products. Plus, we are limiting the number of customers allowed in our stores at one time, while enforcing social distancing standards of 6 ft. or more. In addition, our tablet and cell phone repair technicians thoroughly disinfect all devices before returning them to you, so you can get back to using them right away.
While Batteries Plus Bulbs is a national brand, the vast majority of our individual locations are locally owned and operated. Some of them are even offering their own additional services, such as no-contact delivery on orders of $25 or more.
