What is the Cost of a Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery?
A lithium iron phosphate battery does cost more upfront than an SLA option. However, due to their much longer lifespans, lithium batteries typically save money in the long run, since they don't need to be replaced as often.
An LiFePO4 battery can also be discharged down to 90% before it requires recharging, providing significantly longer run times between charging cycles. This saves you maintenance time, since you'll be swapping out batteries less frequently.
