How does it work?

When you arrive, show us the local competitor's ad or website displaying the current price for the service you're receiving. We'll review and verify the price match request. Once the repair work order has been entered and signed, the price is not subject to change.

What's a "local competitor"?

A local competitor is a brick and mortar retail store that offers repair services and is located within a 10-mile radius of your local Batteries Plus store. One of our in-store experts can help determine this.

Then what?

Your phone repair, performed by our WISE-certified tech team, comes with a limited 6-month warranty. You’ll also receive $10 off the rest of your purchase, including non-repair related merchandise. (That said, a good phone case might be a good idea.)

The Fine Print

We will match the regularly published price of any local competitor for the same repair, and offer $10 off the repair order basket (including non-device repair services). This offer does not apply to competitor's specials, sales, coupons or other discounts.

One price match at the time of purchase of a repair service, per identical repair, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

Our Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  • The competitor's price must be a regularly published price (either print or online).
  • Price matching is only available for repair services listed on Batteriesplus.com.
  • If Batteries Plus is an authorized service provider for an original equipment manufacturer for the device you are requesting repair services for, the local competitor must also be an authorized service provider and use original equipment manufacturer parts to repair the device.
  • We reserve the right to verify the price of the identical, in-stock repair components as the competitor's retail location (i.e., size, model, brand, color, and spec).

Exclusions From Price Match Guarantee

  • Pricing only available to a select group of customers including membership program members, loyalty offers, paid loyalty programs or auctions.
  • Repair service prices that are dependent on add-on purchases, other items, fees or charges (ex. 50% off battery with purchase of screen repair).
  • Misprinted or inaccurate prices.
  • Prices that require minimum purchase amounts or quantities.
  • Repair services that utilize damaged or used parts/components.
  • Competitor offers including instant off rebates, mail-in offers, bundle offers or offers that include financing.
  • Competitor repair prices that are listed as close out, clearance, liquidation, special daily or hourly sales, prices denoted as Black Friday pricing or limited quantity offers.
