What does it mean to be "certified"?
Each phone we sell has undergone a rigorous testing and review process to make sure it's fully functional. And each phone comes with its original battery that's rated 80% or better, along with a 30-day warranty. Our stores offer only phones that are B grade or better, meaning that the screen and cosmetic condition are mostly pristine with only minor scratches or paint imperfections on the side or back. Each participating location’s selection may be different, based on the available selection of phones. If you’re looking for a different model, we might be able to help there, too.
