For iPhones, go to Settings > General > About. To the right of "Model", you'll see the part number. To see the model number, tap the part number. Need help finding your model?

For Samsung/Android Phones, go to the Android Settings menu and select "System", then "About Phone". Here you'll see the phone's model name or number.
