When you need to replace the battery in your Cadillac SRX, your first stop should be Batteries Plus. At Batteries Plus, you'll find the best name brands, including Duracell Ultra, X2Power   and Optima batteries for your SRX, along with other popular auto essentials.

Not sure if you need to replace your battery? We can help. Our experts test car batteries for free  . If you've been having a hard time starting your engine, or you just want to make sure your car is ready for your next road trip, stop by and get your Cadillac SRX battery tested. We also offer expert installation with your battery purchase. (Available at participating locations, on most vehicle makes & models). Or, upgrade to Premier Installation for added protection from battery corrosion.

There are two different types of batteries you can use for your Cadillac SRX SUV: flooded and AGM  . A flooded battery is the most basic type of auto battery. It offers reliable starting ability for the lowest upfront cost. Some flooded batteries require you to maintain the electrolyte inside by adding distilled water.

AGM auto batteries   feature a different internal construction than flooded batteries, which gives them a number of performance advantages. Because of this, AGM batteries typically last longer, recharge faster and perform much better in extreme weather. An AGM battery will cost more upfront than a flooded battery, but will often save you money in the long run, due to its longer lifespan. Please note that SUVs that currently run on AGM batteries cannot downgrade to flooded batteries. If you have a flooded battery in your SRX, however, you can upgrade to AGM.

Once your battery is replaced, Batteries Plus goes the extra mile. As firm believers in recycling, we'll hang on to your old battery, deliver it to our recycling partners, and they will make sure that all recyclable parts are repurposed, thereby preventing them from becoming part of a landfill.
