Be Prepared for Blackouts

High winds, storms, extreme heat or cold... all of these can trigger power outages and blackouts. So how do you keep your home powered up when the power is out? Goal Zero. Experience clean power from solar generators and home backup systems.

When the power goes out, all you have to do is throw a switch and Yeti will power the circuit you've connected.

How It Works

A simple, affordable solution for backup power, our Yeti Home Backup System is made of a portable power station, an integration kit to connect to your breaker panel, and optional expansion batteries for even more power. Still not enough? Simply add solar panels to recharge and have endless power.

Two Ways to Connect

Integrate the Goal Zero Generator into Your Home
For a seamless backup power experience, connect your circuit panel to your Yeti generator using a Goal Zero Home Integration Kit. Power everything from lights in high-use rooms and fridges to medical devices, internet modems, and more.

Connect Goal Zero Power Directly to Your Application or Device
Depending on which Yeti power source you choose, there are a variety of charging ports and outlets at your disposal. Power smaller devices like cell phones all the way to full-size refrigerators.

Three Ways to Charge

From the Sun
Recharge using the power of the sun with Goal Zero solar panels. Charge times will vary depending on the solar panel you choose, but a Boulder 200 Briefcase will provide 200W of solar and fully recharge the Yeti 3000X in 18-36 hours of sun.

From a Wall Outlet
Plug right into a wall outlet in your home or garage. Your Yeti will fully charge in about 14 hours using the included 230W Power Supply AC Wall Charger.

From the Car
The Goal Zero Yeti 3000X can be charged by plugging into your car’s 12V adapter using the Goal Zero Yeti Lithium 12V Car Charging Cable.

NOTE: Do not attempt to charge your Yeti Lithium from a 12V source using a regular charging cable. Doing so may cause damage to the unit.
